Hi, I'm Jennie...the owner of WestSide Signings LLC
I've been serving the Portland Metro area for over 12 years as a Notary Public. I am also a Certified Signing Agent. This means that I've received specialized training in handling real estate documents for clients who are buying, selling or refinancing properties.

As a mobile notary, I come to you! You choose the location. We can meet at your home, office or a neutral location such as a coffee shop or library.
Accuracy
I certify that your documents are notarized correctly the first time. If there is an error on my part, I'll return to make corrections at no cost to you.

I pride myself on arriving as scheduled. Nobody likes to be left waiting, and I'll do my best to respect your valuable time!
Signing Agent Services
I'm here to help you with your loan signing needs. I can print your closing documents, confirm that they are properly signed and notarized and drop them off for delivery back to the title company.
Privacy and Security
I ensure that the information my clients share with me is kept confidential and secure.
Optional Delivery Service
If the documents I am notarizing for you need to be sent on to a third party, I can drop those off at Fed Ex or UPS for you.

Notary Fees
The state of Oregon allows a fee of $10 per signature that is notarized. I do charge a travel fee that will vary based on where you are located. Contact me for more details on this.

Service Area
I am based in Hillsboro and primarily conduct business in Hillsboro, Beaverton, Tigard, Forest Grove and Cornelius. I will travel to other areas as needed.
ID requirements for notarizations...at the time of notarization, you must present a government issued photo ID. Examples of acceptable ID includes Driver License or ID Card (from any state), Passport or a US Military ID. Please note...without proper ID, I cannot complete your notarization.
